The other escort girl told police however that if her co-worker “had really and clearly said ‘no’, I would of course have intervened,” the Le Parisien daily reported.

… CNN) – French prosecutors said Friday they are considering widening an investigation into former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn’s alleged participation in a prostitution ring.
The prosecutor’s office in Lille told CNN that investigating judges had drafted a preliminary order concerning allegations of gang rape made against Strauss-Kahn. The order had been sent to the prosecution on March 30.
“Currently the prosecutor is analyzing the order to decide whether to close the matter or open a preliminary investigation into the allegations,” the prosecutor’s office said.
The French newspaper Liberation reported Friday that the allegations stemmed from statements made by two women it describes as “escort girls,” who were interviewed by Belgian police as part of an investigation into a prostitution ring run out of the Carlton Hotel in Lille, near France’s border with Belgium.

Drexel has provided no assurances that these girls will have access to prompt emergency care in the event of a complication.
A second project, the “Abortion Clinic Escort Service,” encourages law students to threaten pro-life sidewalk counselors with bogus lawsuits. Although Drexel has changed the wording of that project’s description on its website, it has not contacted Secular Pro-Life to explain any substantive reforms to the project, despite repeated requests.

Secret Service scandal dominates Washington’s conversation

Fallout from the Secret Service prostitution scandal dominated the Sunday morning talk shows, with members of both parties defending Secret Service Director Mark Sullivan but warning that problems at the agency must be ferreted out to restore trust in the group.
Six Secret Service agents have resigned or retired after it was exposed some members of President Obama’s advance detail hired prostitutes during an ahead of a presidential visit to the country. Eleven agents and nine members of the U.S. military have been implicated in the scandal. Both the House and Senate have opened investigations into the matter.
“I would expect within a very near future to have several other Secret Service agents leaving the agency of those 11,” Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.) said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”
