The terms are called a consent, meaning it doesn’t confirm the unsubstantiated allegations made by Williams.
In court papers, Williams alleged Suggs hit her in the chest, knocking her down, and then sat on her and threatened to drown her with bleach. She alleged bleach spilled on her and one of the children and that Suggs’ cousin and best friend witnessed the event.
A Department of Social Services report, which the court sealed, couldn’t substantiate the claim that any child was injured.
Williams also alleged other abuses that caused a split lip, a broken nose and a black eye, but she couldn’t list dates or provide detail of those events.
Baltimore County police said they have no records of 911 calls placed from Suggs’ home.
Williams met Suggs in a strip club three years ago where she worked at the time.
